Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Varies by product; typically ranges from 6 months to 18 months. 

Coverage: Covers manufacturing defects. 

Exclusions: Does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. 

Claim Process: Customers need to provide proof of purchase and contact customer support for assistance. 

All UltraProlink products are covered under standard warranty period given below. The warranty is limited only to Manufacturing Defects. No Claims will be entertained for defects occurring due to mishandling, physical damage of any kind of voltage fluctuations. 

It is advised to operate all electronic devices as per instructions given in the user manual. 

Plastics & Liquids are not covered under any sort of warranty.

Legacy/Discontinued Products – Warranty & Support Notice

Applies to: UltraProlink models that are discontinued referred below as “Legacy Battery Products” listed as UM1111 / UM1112 / UM1113 /UM1114 / UM1115 / UM1116 / UM1117 / UM1006GO /  UM1145 / UM1146 / UM1147 / UM1148 / UM0070 / UM0075 / UM0080 / UM0084 / UM0096 / UM1003 / UM1004 / UM1040 / UM1062 / UM1095 / UM1096

1) Discontinued Models Support Availability

UltraProlink has discontinued the products listed above. As a result, UltraProlink does not maintain replacement inventory, spare parts, or repair support for Legacy battery Products.

2) Important Notice on Current Sales in Market

Some Legacy Battery Products may still be available for purchase through independent third-party sellers / channel partners from their remaining inventory. These sales are made by the seller and not through UltraProlink’s current product assortment. Resellers have been made aware of the company policy & have been suitably compensated towards their inventory.

3) Warranty Position for Legacy battery Products

For Legacy battery Products sold by independent sellers from remaining inventory:

  • Manufacturer warranty/service by UltraProlink is not provided for these discontinued products.
  • Any DOA (dead-on-arrival), replacement, return, refund, or warranty obligations—if offered—are the seller’s responsibility, as stated on the purchase invoice/receipt and seller terms.

4) How to Get Resolution

If you purchased a Legacy Battery Product and need assistance:

  1. Please contact the seller named on your purchase invoice/receipt for DOA/return/warranty support.
  2. Keep your invoice/receipt handy, as the seller will require it for processing.
  3. The reseller is responsible for the repair / replacement/ refund of the defective item.

UltraProlink customer support will guide you to the invoicing seller for resolution of Legacy battery Products.

5) Battery Performance Clarification (Common Query)

Legacy battery Products contain rechargeable batteries. Battery performance can deteriorate over time, especially with prolonged storage, deep discharge, or irregular charging. For discontinued products, UltraProlink does not offer battery replacement or repair support.

6) Transparency & Consumer Rights

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude any rights that may be available under applicable consumer protection laws. However, for Legacy battery Products sold by independent sellers from remaining inventory, UltraProlink does not provide manufacturer warranty/repair/replacement support, and customers should seek resolution from the seller who issued the invoice.

Q1. I bought UltraProlink a TWS / Power Bank recently. Why won’t UltraProlink replace it?
Some Legacy battery Products are discontinued and UltraProlink does not maintain replacement stock/spares/repair support for these models. The invoicing seller is responsible for DOA/returns/warranty support for such sales.

Q2. My product is not charging / battery is dead. What do I do?
Please contact the seller named on your invoice for resolution. UltraProlink does not provide battery repair/replacement support for discontinued models listed above.

Q3. I don’t have an invoice.
Please contact the store/online seller from whom you purchased. Invoice/receipt is typically required for any DOA/return/warranty processing.

Q4. I want UltraProlink to handle the claim directly.
For discontinued models listed above, sold by independent sellers from remaining inventory, UltraProlink support will guide you to the invoicing seller for resolution.
