Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Varies by product; typically ranges from 6 months to 1 year. 

Coverage: Covers manufacturing defects. 

Exclusions: Does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. 

Claim Process: Customers need to provide proof of purchase and contact customer support for assistance. 

All UltraProlink products are covered under standard warranty period given below. The warranty is limited only to Manufacturing Defects. No Claims will be entertained for defects occurring due to mishandling, physical damage of any kind of voltage fluctuations. 

It is advised to operate all electronic devices as per instructions given in the user manual. 

Plastics & Liquids are not covered under any sort of warranty.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns- 

Return Window: Typically within 3 -10 days of delivery. 

Conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. 

Process: Contact customer support to initiate the return. 

Refunds: Processed after the returned product passes quality checks. 

Exclusions: Customized products or items marked as non-returnable.

Replacement- 

Eligibility:  Products with manufacturing defects. 

Process:  Contact customer support with images of the damaged product. If a manufacturing fault is identified, the product will be replaced immediately. 

Warranty Coverage: Varies by product category; for example, headphones & earphones have a warranty of six months to one year. 

Exclusions: Physical damage, mishandling, voltage fluctuations, and issues with plastics & liquids are not covered.

Standard Returns Policy 

All our products are  brand new and 100% genuine. We do not sell refurbished or used products. However there may be circumstances that may warrant a return. 

Returns can be requested under the following scenarios :  

  1. Wrong item delivered 
  2. Accessories missing 
  3. Transit Damage 
  4. Product not working / Manufacturing Defect

Please do attach a picture of your concern. 

Choose from: alternate product / credit note / coupon code. 

We’ll suggest you the best alternatives after understanding your requirements. However, if you do not wish to go for another product immediately, you can either get a Credit Note  / Gift Voucher. 

Check Packaging 

Along with the unused product, please keep the original product packaging& all contents of the box intact. WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS 

Refund Process & Time 

Refunds generally take anywhere between 3 – 10 working days to complete. In most cases, you shall get a refund through the payment mode you had used for your order. Else, it will be via a cheque payment. For all cash On Delivery orders, refund will be by cheque only. 

You have to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged product. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we shall replace the product immediately. In all other cases, the brand’s warranty terms shall apply. UltraProlink Care shall assist you in registering your complaint with the brand. However, the final action & resolution shall be done by the brand. 

What all needs to be returned 

  • Original Packing 
  • Entire product with all accessories 
  • Any free gifts or promotions 
  • Original receipt 
  • Courier invoice ( if self shipped) 
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped from the warehouse. 

Exclusions: Items purchased on clearance, deals, or sale are not eligible for cancellation. 

Refund Method: Refunds are provided in the form of cashback.

We at UltraProlink.com strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online. You can cancel all items before they have been shipped from our warehouses. This does not include items purchased on clearance / deals / sale. The refund amount will be credited back to you in the form of Cashback. 

  • We allow for complete Order cancellations AS LONG AS none of the items in your Order have been shipped from our warehouse(s). 
  • If an Item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel the Item(s) from your Order until the Item(s) has not been shipped from our warehouse(s). 
  • If an Order comprises of multiple Items bought under the same promotion, you can only Cancel your complete Order until none of the Items have been shipped from our warehouse(s). 
  • Once your Cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back to you in the form of cash back. This is applicable only for Non COD orders.

Can I cancel the order after it is placed? 

As long as your order has not been processed & shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount. To cancel the order go to My Orders and use cancellation self service interface or you can get in touch withCustomer Care as soon as possible with your order number. 

Can I modify my order after placing it? 

We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered qty or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require to have your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately. 

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order? 

We shall process your refund immediately once your Order has been cancelled. ANY COUPONS APPLIED ON THE ORDER WILL NOT BE REINSTATED TO YOUR account CREDITS. Your refund shall only be in the form of UltraProlink vouchers. However if you wish to have the amount refunded to your bank account please get in touch with our customer care executive. Only Customers who have paid via Debit or Credit card can avail this option. 

Why was my order canceled? Why didn't you send me any intimation? 

This could be because either the product is out of stock or it has been rejected for quality reasons. An email is always sent when an order is cancelled, but it is possible that it might have gone into your spam folder. 

Can I change the product after I have placed an order? 

That’s not possible. You can either cancel the order (within 24 hours of placing the order).
