Standard Returns Policy
All our products are brand new and 100% genuine. We do not sell refurbished or used products. However there may be circumstances that may warrant a return.
Returns can be requested under the following scenarios :
- Wrong item delivered
- Accessories missing
- Transit Damage
- Product not working / Manufacturing Defect

We’ll suggest you the best alternatives after understanding your requirements. However, if you do not wish to go for another product immediately, you can either get a Credit Note / Gift Voucher.
Check Packaging
Along with the unused product, please keep the original product packaging& all contents of the box intact. WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
Ship it to us
In case a pickup by our logistics partner is not possible, you can also self-ship the product to us & we shall reimburse shipping charges up to a maximum of Rs. 70/-. Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped so that no damage occurs in transit.
Refund Process & Time
Refunds generally take anywhere between 3 – 10 working days to complete. In most cases, you shall get a refund through the payment mode you had used for your order. Else, it will be via a cheque payment. For all cash On Delivery orders, refund will be by cheque only.
You have to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged product. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we shall replace the product immediately. In all other cases, the brand’s warranty terms shall apply. UltraProlink Care shall assist you in registering your complaint with the brand. However, the final action & resolution shall be done by the brand.

Minimalist Design
The Smart Hub 4-in-1 is an essential accessory to connect your new Macbook ( and other Type C supported laptops & Smartphones * to other devices & peripherals in the home and office. In its small size it packs in all the essential functionality that you will need to hook up to any device at home or at work.
No Driver Installation
The Smart Hub comes with a plug and play option. You can connect it to any computer at all without having to install any driver for cross compatibility. It connects to all operating systems with ease. Identifying all unique devices, the UM0093 is engineered to recognize the connected computer and adapt itself accordingly.
USB 3.0 Support
The USB 3.0 port will allow you upload data to or download data from your computer at transfer speeds of 5Gbps. It can also be used to link other peripherals (mouse, keyboard, pen drives, etc.) to your laptop. For units that don’t have USB 3.0 support, these ports have been designed to be downward compatible with UBS 2.0 and later versions.
AV Entertainment
Visual entertainment is one feature that the UltraProLink Type C Smart Hub UM0093 is big on. An HDMI port is available for connecting your computer to a larger screen. This connection port also allows the rendering of images in as much as a 4K (and 2K) resolution at a broadcasting frequency of 30Hz. When such a resolution is not available on the connecting devices, the HDMI port will dial down to either of 1080P, 1080I and 720P – depending on the stream.
Gigabit Ethernet Support
Ethernet connectivity via the RJ45 port feature allows the transfer of internet data to your computer and across the connected units too. With a transceiver carrying as much as 1000M compatibility, this Gigabit hub brings massive upload and download speeds to you.
Power Delivery through Type C
Most new laptops offer just one or two type C ports and that limits the options to expand your ports. Harness the true power of Type C by not using it only for data but also to power your laptop. The SuperHub is can power up laptops of upto 20V/87W and that pretty much takes care of any machine in the industry as on date (9/18). To avoid power overload, the motherboard is encoded with an adaptive adjustment feature to deliver power based on the needs of connected devices only.
