RETURNS POLICY
Standard Returns Policy
All our products are brand new and 100% genuine. We do not sell refurbished or used products. However there may be circumstances that may warrant a return.
Returns can be requested under the following scenarios :
- Wrong item delivered
- Accessories missing
- Transit Damage
- Product not working / Manufacturing Defect

We’ll suggest you the best alternatives after understanding your requirements. However, if you do not wish to go for another product immediately, you can either get a Credit Note / Gift Voucher.

Along with the unused product, please keep the original product packaging& all contents of the box intact. WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
Ship it to us
In case a pickup by our logistics partner is not possible, you can also self-ship the product to us & we shall reimburse shipping charges up to a maximum of Rs. 70/-. Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped so that no damage occurs in transit.
Refund Process & Time
Refunds generally take anywhere between 3 – 10 working days to complete. In most cases, you shall get a refund through the payment mode you had used for your order. Else, it will be via a cheque payment. For all cash On Delivery orders, refund will be by cheque only.
You have to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged product. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we shall replace the product immediately. In all other cases, the brand’s warranty terms shall apply. UltraProlink Care shall assist you in registering your complaint with the brand. However, the final action & resolution shall be done by the brand.

LinkUP is a uniquely-designed wireless earphone which allows you enjoy your music & manage your calls on-the-go. The noise-isolating magnetic earbuds pack a solid backup battery to guarantee up to 6 hours of non-stop music play.
The sound quality on the LinkUP has been refined to give you crisp, crystal-clear sound. Combining advanced Bluetooth technology with optimum audio engineering, your sound will be reach your ears the same way they would have been rendered on a Live set.
The minimalist design blends fashion & function, ensures optimum functionality while allowing you access to the important controls at a go. It’s extremely lightweight too.
How does LinkUP work?
LinkUP is designed to hang around your neck and provide easy access to your music & callswherever and whenever. The magnetic earbuds are conveniently located on two sides of a linking panel which also extends to the Multi function controller. All these quietly sit around your neck while awaiting your every command. Unlike traditionally designed headsets where the controller is in one straight line out of sight and sits near the nape of the neck, in the LinkUP it hangs lower like a pendant which gives easy visible access.
LinkUPcan be setup to work with up to two devices at once. Thanks to the Multipoint Pairing ® technology, you can now switch between your devices and enjoy music playback seamlessly.
What else can LinkUP do?
For music& call management, LinkUP provides a Multifunction control panel through which you can control playback volume, track selection, accept & reject calls. The hands-free calling mode is bettered by providing you with the Caller’s Number.
LinkUP is equally compatible with Siri® and Google Now ®, allowing you launch your assistant in a handsfree position. For security, each unit recognizes the voice model you must have set for these virtual assistants.
Powered by a rechargeable 95mAh battery, you will enjoy up to 6 hours of uninterruptedmusic playback on your earbuds
Aesthetics
LinkUP offers a subtle blend of Fashion & Function. Even at that, the earbuds still provide one of the most unique wearing styles on the market. Once the Bluetooth earpiece goes around your neck, the design is such that it stays there. That minimizes the case of loss and improvesease of access to your entertainment hub.
Since it would be around your neck for most of the time, the LinkUP is considerably lightweight at 19g. The earbuds have all been covered with silicone to make them easier on your ear. Three sizes of gels are provided to suit ear shapes of all kinds.
As a bonus, the LinkUP packs a LED Battery Meter indicator (smartphone dependent) to help you monitor battery life.
