Standard Returns Policy
All our products are brand new and 100% genuine. We do not sell refurbished or used products. However there may be circumstances that may warrant a return.
Returns can be requested under the following scenarios :
- Wrong item delivered
- Accessories missing
- Transit Damage
- Product not working / Manufacturing Defect

We’ll suggest you the best alternatives after understanding your requirements. However, if you do not wish to go for another product immediately, you can either get a Credit Note / Gift Voucher.
Check Packaging
Along with the unused product, please keep the original product packaging& all contents of the box intact. WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
Ship it to us
In case a pickup by our logistics partner is not possible, you can also self-ship the product to us & we shall reimburse shipping charges up to a maximum of Rs. 70/-. Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped so that no damage occurs in transit.
Refund Process & Time
Refunds generally take anywhere between 3 – 10 working days to complete. In most cases, you shall get a refund through the payment mode you had used for your order. Else, it will be via a cheque payment. For all cash On Delivery orders, refund will be by cheque only.
You have to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged product. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we shall replace the product immediately. In all other cases, the brand’s warranty terms shall apply. UltraProlink Care shall assist you in registering your complaint with the brand. However, the final action & resolution shall be done by the brand.

Use the PB155-0030 3.5mm male - 3.5mm x 2 Female 2 way splitter with mic and remote compatibility from the house of UltraProlink to connect two headphones to one source, or two music sources to one Amplifier. The PB155 supports 2 inputs and offers a 3-pole 3.5mm jack which means all earphones with a microphone or remote feature will also work. This connector helps you share your content ( music & videos). You could also reverse the use case scenario and connect two music sources to one speaker or Amplifier and show off your DJ-ing skills.
