Standard Returns Policy

All our products are  brand new and 100% genuine. We do not sell refurbished or used products. However there may be circumstances that may warrant a return.

Returns can be requested under the following scenarios :

Refund Process & Time

Refunds generally take anywhere between 3 – 10 working days to complete. In most cases, you shall get a refund through the payment mode you had used for your order. Else, it will be via a cheque payment. For all cash On Delivery orders, refund will be by cheque only.

You have to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged product. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we shall replace the product immediately. Ok GaN charger, bad USB C ports

The Charger in itself, works great. The only downside is that the USB C Ports are recessed by 1-2 mm into the charger body, making all the Apple official cables hard to use with this GaN Charger. Unless you go out of your way to buy other cables, this charger is useless. I did not tested with other branded cables.
